Bar Manager Wanted – Busy Harrogate Pub
Join our team as Bar Manager at a popular, fast-moving pub in the heart of Harrogate. We need someone who loves great service, can lead a team with energy, and knows how to run a busy bar that also serves food.
What you’ll do
- Keep the bar running smoothly every shift, putting customers first
- Lead, coach, and motivate the bar team to hit high standards
- Manage stock, place orders, and keep inventory under control
- Handle guest questions and feedback, turning issues into positive experiences
- Make sure we meet all health & safety and licensing rules
- Partner with the kitchen to ensure food and drink service flows perfectly
What we’re looking for
- Real experience as a Bar Manager (or similar role)
- Natural leadership and strong team-management skills
- Comfort working in a busy, high-pressure pub environment
- Great communication and a genuine customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage budgets, stock levels, and staff rotas

Pay: £36,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
