*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Steel Fitter/Erector to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling, installing and aligning structural steel , with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
*Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively
- Assemble and erect structural steel frameworks, beams, and columns
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
*Experience*
- Previous experience in Steel fitting/Erecting
- Proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Strong knowledge of structural steel installation processes
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operations
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)

- 39 hours per week ( Monday - Thursday 07.30 - 16.30pm - Friday 07.30 - 13.00pm )

Pay: £17.00-£19.00 per hour
