You’ll rotate across key departments, gaining hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimisation, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement. You’ll work on live projects, contribute fresh ideas and help us push the boundaries of what’s possible in modern textile engineering.
- Support innovation and sustainability projects across multiple business areas
- Analyse processes, identify improvements and contribute to operational excellence
- Collaborate with specialists across engineering, production and technical teams
- Present your insights and project outcomes to senior leaders at the end of each rotation
- Visit customers, suppliers and partner sites to broaden your industry understanding
- A degree in any discipline
- Curiosity, initiative and a genuine interest in manufacturing and sustainability
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- A positive, growth-focused mindset
- A driving licence (or working towards one) is helpful
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a Graduate Assessment Centre, where you’ll take part in group activities, problem-solving tasks and an interview. It’s your chance to show us how you think, collaborate and approach real-world challenges. The provisional dates for these assessments will be Friday 21st and Friday 28th August 2026.
