We’re now looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team and support in delivering high-quality dining across our restaurant, hospitality, and event spaces within this landmark venue.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with our senior kitchen team to prepare and present dishes to the highest standard. You’ll support your section, learn new skills, and gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen where creativity and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes across restaurant and event services
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, storage, and allergen practices
- Assist with daily prep and ensure mise en place is ready for service
- Work closely with senior chefs to learn and develop your skills across all sections
- Help ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold high standards at all times
About You
- Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally fresh food focused
- Eager to learn and progress your career within a supportive team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Right to work in the UK and fluent in English
