Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cleaner / Care Support worker to join our team. This role involves providing domestic cleaning and occasional care assistance if needed within our home . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, and committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning duties in our private family home, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Support other Personal Assistants or family with mobility and daily activities if needed , respecting their dignity and preferences
- Communicate effectively with the client , colleagues, and family members.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to minimise risks within the environment
- Qualifications
- Valid driving licence preferred .
- Previous cleaning experience & references vital .
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with the client , family and team members.
- Excellent communication skills with a caring attitude towards family wellbeing.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional support to a family caring gif two family members needing 24/7 care .
