Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organisational goals, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Coordinate merchandising efforts to optimise product presentation and maximise sales potential.
- Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
- Ensure high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Organise schedules, meetings, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Experience
- Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrable success in managing teams, with strong leadership qualities and organisational skills.
- Extensive background in sales management, including developing strategies that increase revenue streams.
- Experience in merchandising, customer relationship management (CRM), and administrative duties related to sales operations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging diverse markets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams, negotiate deals, and build lasting client relationships.
- Strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
