Salary: £40,612 per year (£14.20 per hour) + bonuses
Location: North Hykeham, Lincoln
Hours: Full-time, permanent – 55 hours per week

The Role
Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for a Monday-to-Friday role with no nights out?
Want to do a driving job that also makes a positive difference to people and the planet?
We’re looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver to join the Reuseabox team.
You’ll complete nationwide collections and deliveries in one of our 18-tonne curtainside vehicles, working with our regular customers and suppliers and helping us keep millions of cardboard boxes in use for longer.
You’ll be an important face of Reuseabox out on the road, so we’re looking for someone who is not only a great driver, but organised, reliable and brilliant with people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete nationwide collections and deliveries to our customers and suppliers.
- Drive an 18-tonne curtainside vehicle.
- Complete an average of 6 drops per day.
- Complete all required paperwork, including PODs.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks when signing your vehicle in and out.
- Make sure loads are properly and safely secured.
- Keep your vehicle clean and wash it inside and outside each week.
- Provide a friendly and professional service to our regular customers and suppliers.
Your Working Week
- Monday to Friday.
- 55 hours per week.
- 11-hour shifts.
- Typical start time between 5:00am and 6:00am, depending on daily requirements.
- No nights out.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable professional who takes pride in doing a great job.
You’ll need:
- A valid Class 2 HGV licence.
- An up-to-date CPC card.
- At least 5 years’ Class 2 driving experience.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A professional and friendly approach when dealing with our customers and suppliers.
- The ability to work independently and take responsibility for your vehicle, loads and deliveries.
