Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Serve food items promptly and courteously, assisting guests with menu selections when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Manage cash and card transactions efficiently, providing correct change and receipts.
- Replenish stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and other supplies as required.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Follow all health and safety procedures diligently to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Proven ability in serving drinks and food efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
