Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication management.
- Develop and follow personalized care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality of care.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a domiciliary care environment or similar role is preferred.
- Valid driving license is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Knowledge of care plans and home care procedures is desirable.
- Reliable, patient, and respectful approach to caregiving.
