Job purpose:
- Generate cutting toolpaths using Autodesk Powermill or Fusion in order to manufacture parts on the companies CNC milling machines.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Creating and modifying toolpaths using CAM software programs for machining operations This may often require generating paths for multiple machines at the same time.
- Generate cut sheets for machine operators to safely follow
- Addressing programming issues and making adjustments to programs & strategies during production.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Cooperate with other departments as necessary to understand the specific requirements of parts
- Manage workload to efficiently meet daily deadlines and customer deliveries
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£24.00 per hour
