We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing residential team
- Driving positive outcomes for young people
- Maintaining Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards
- Supporting staff recruitment, retention, and development
- Promoting a positive and nurturing culture within the home
- Building strong relationships with local authorities and professionals
Essential Requirements
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
