Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care within premium, private-pay care homes?
We're recruiting on behalf of a luxury residential care provider seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Registered Manager to lead one of their flagship homes in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established provider with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality care in a first-class environment.
This role would suit an experienced manager who understands the expectations of the private-pay market and has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive occupancy while maintaining exceptional standards of care and customer experience.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you'll take full operational responsibility for the home, leading your team to deliver outstanding resident outcomes whilst driving commercial performance and occupancy growth.
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing visible, inspirational leadership to a stable and committed team.
- Driving occupancy through strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals and local stakeholders.
- Delivering an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through to admission.
- Maintaining the highest standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.
- Managing budgets and ensuring strong commercial performance.
- Developing and retaining a high-performing team through effective coaching and leadership.
- Ensuring the home continues to provide an outstanding experience for residents and their families.
About You
You'll be an experienced Registered Manager with:
- Previous experience managing a luxury or premium residential care home.
- A strong background within the private-pay elderly care market.
- A proven record of successfully increasing and maintaining occupancy.
- Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to build referral networks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it.
