CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities andcorporate real estate management, are recruiting a mobile handyman to join theteam. You will be located in the East Coast of England (Grimsby, Colchester,Hornsea, Humberside)
What You’ll Do:The Role:
- Perform preventative & reactivemaintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across allbuilding services systems.
- Repairs floor & wall coverings.
- Responsible for other building maintenance& installation works as required.
- Accountable for lighting, general lampchanges, Filter Changes AHU’s / FCU’s and Basic Plumbing requirements
- Provide excellent customer service, respond torequests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Oversee and liaise with contractors acrosssite.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenanceactivities, inspections, and equipment logs.
- Ensure adherence to health & safetyregulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.
WorkingHours:
- 8am – 4:30pm
- Monday to Friday
Overtime possibilities
What You’ll Need:
- Experience of working in high profile workenvironment
- Previous fabric experience advantageous
- PC literate
- Good Customer relationship skills
