The Role
As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our solar energy solutions, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, are target-driven, and want to earn uncapped commission based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Introduce Emerald Solar's products and services professionally and confidently.
- Identify customer interest and qualify potential sales opportunities.
- Book appointments and generate high-quality leads for the field sales team.
- Accurately update customer information and call outcomes within the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when engaging with customers.
Requirements
- Previous telesales, lead generation, call centre, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
- Basic computer skills.
