Fife Council is seeking a Technician Engineer (Parking Management) to join the Roads & Transportation Service.
In this role, you will contribute to the delivery and ongoing development of parking infrastructure and services across Fife, supporting safe, accessible and well ‑ managed communities. You will work partly from the office and partly from home as part of a blended working arrangement.
Reporting to the Lead Consultant, you will support the effective operation of the parking team through a combination of technical engineering input, asset management, and coordination of maintenance and improvement works. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in managing parking assets, coordinating maintenance activities, supporting charged parking services, and helping to plan and deliver improvements across car parks and associated infrastructure.
You will also work with contractors, colleagues, elected members and members of the public to investigate issues, develop solutions and ensure services are delivered in line with legislation and Council policies.
