Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Handle cash register operations, including basic math calculations for transactions and change
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light food items when needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both team members and guests
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Barista or in serving roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to uphold hygiene and safety regulations
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
