Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, providing accurate change when necessary.
- Maintain the closing tasks of the bar for each shift
- Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere, promoting repeat business.
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with cleaning duties during quieter periods.
- Be able to implimet drinking laws and policies at the bar to customers
- Be able to make cocktails
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or as a bartender is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service at all times.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential.
