- Proven experience as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef or a senior pastry professional ready to step up in a high-quality kitchen
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a pastry team
- Passion for pastry, creativity, and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of patisserie techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Experience with menu development, stock control, and maintaining food cost targets
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
