The Opportunity
As a Resident Ambassador, you'll be the face of The McEwan and one of the first people our residents, guests, and visitors meet. Whether you're helping someone settle into their new home, organising community events, managing resident enquiries, or simply delivering an outstanding experience every day, you'll play a key role in making residents feel truly at home.
This is far more than a front desk role. We're looking for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences.

What You'll Be Doing Delivering Exceptional Resident Experiences
- Be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and guests
- Deliver the Moda service standard at every interaction
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident enquiries in person, by phone, email, and through our resident app
- Build strong relationships with residents and develop a genuine understanding of their needs
- Keep residents informed and updated on enquiries and maintenance requests
- Handle complaints professionally and follow established procedures to achieve positive outcomes
Creating a Thriving Community
- Promote resident engagement initiatives, feedback surveys, and community activities
- Support the planning and delivery of resident events and experiences
- Promote events and community activities through the My Moda App and social media channels
- Provide recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and experiences
- Help create a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere throughout the building
Supporting Operations & Front of House
- Manage parcel deliveries, collections, and resident notifications
- Coordinate amenity bookings, room set-ups, and resident requests
- Support apartment viewings and leasing enquiries when required
- Assist with resident move-outs, including fob and key management
- Complete daily reports, handovers, and operational updates
- Carry out general administrative duties as required
Safety, Security & Building Standards
- Monitor CCTV systems and maintain building security
- Manage visitor, contractor, and supplier sign-in procedures
- Support fire evacuation procedures and emergency response when required
- Program and manage access control systems
- Report health & safety concerns and maintenance issues promptly
- Liaise with facilities management teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Support waste management and environmental standards across the building
What We're Looking ForExperience
- Previous experience in residential property, hospitality, customer service, or the private rental sector
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment where service excellence is a priority
- Comfortable working towards service standards, KPIs, and operational targets
- Experience handling sensitive information and maintaining GDPR compliance

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
