We are seeking a dynamic, inquisitive, forward-thinking Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in nurturing and growing client relationships, managing a personal portfolio of clients, and developing a growing team. This role is perfect for an experienced Client Manager or a Senior Accountant ready to take the next step in their career.
The role
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate effectively within a team and mentor junior members
- Manage your own portfolio of clients
- Provide problem-solving solutions for clients
- Deliver both business and tax advice
- Communicate proactively and articulate the value of our services
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services and generate referrals
- Manage workload, turnaround times and priorities to meet client expectations
Requirements
- Qualified or QBE accountant with practice experience
- Confident in client communication and support
- Passionate about leveraging technology for improvement
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a ‘go the extra mile’ attitude
- Naturally inquisitive — genuinely curious about each client’s business, always asking questions to understand their goals and uncover opportunities to add value
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication, planning and organisational skills

What you will get
Salary £40,000 - £55,000 (Pro-rata)
30-37.5 hours per week
