Once you have completed your qualifications you will receive a pay rise and have the opportunity to become a senior care worker.

We provide comprehensive training for all new staff and as an unqualified staff member you will be required to complete an appropriate level 3 diploma within your first two years of employment or if you are already qualified and wish to move to the next stage then we provide the necessary training and qualifications to become the next managers.
