We are seeking a dynamic and professional Account Manager (FMCG/Creative Agency) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and thriving in a fast-paced creative world. At Qwerty, we've spent 30+ years delivering standout design, print and production for leading FMCG brands - and now we are looking for someone to join the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing key client accounts
- Keeping multiple projects moving (without dropping the ball!)
- Working closely with design & production teams
- Delivering a top-tier service every time
You'll be:
- Organised, proactive and people-focused
- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment
- Experienced in media, print or creative agencies (a bonus!)
This role is office-based at our offices in Theale, Reading with free on-site parking.

Pay: £24,420.00-£47,582.28 per year
