Trainee required for market leading tail lift manufacturer working out of our Huntingdon workshop.
We are looking for an enthusiastic young person aged from 18 years old who is keen to learn electro/ hydraulic and mechanical systems.
The role would progress to full service engineer after the training period (2-3 years) Full on job training will be given, along with a basic welding course.
Must be able to commute to work using your own transport.
The job would entail assisting with the installation tail lifts to commercial vehicles and also repairs and servicing of tail lifts.
You would be working alongside our team of engineers and will be workshop based initially. some offsite work could be available together with a member of the service team.
Hours of work 8.30am till 5pm Monday to Friday. 30 minute lunch (40 hour week)
Starting on £11.50 per hour (18 to 20 year olds) and rising to £13.25 (for 21 and above) until fully trained.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
