Job Summary:
Avenaco Operations & Consulting Ltd is seeking a Head of Business Operations to lead daily operations, improve internal processes, and support business growth. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can strengthen performance, coordinate teams, and turn strategic priorities into practical results.
What you'll do:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate departmental managers and teams to achieve performance targets.
- Oversee daily business activities, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain robust processes for resource allocation, budgeting, and project management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the organisation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term business plans and operational policies.
- Monitor compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and organisational policies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role within a business operations environment.
- Demonstrable supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong management skills with a track record of driving organisational performance improvements.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills at all levels of the organisation.
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Management or related fields are preferred but not essential.

Pay: £65,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
