Job Overview
Your role is to oversee daily packing plans and ensure this has been achieved, ensure the labor resources are effectively deployed and controlled to ensure maximum productivity and to act as a role model for all team members.
Duties and responsibilities

Able to effectively operate Slicing, Tagging, and Boxing machines. Perform slicing, bagging, stacking pallets and order distributing on the Packing floor.

Ensure both business and customer standards are kept (QOTIF), and audit requirements are fully met.

Ensuring all paperwork is completed on time and meet with GDocP standards.

Make sure that all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and GMP standards are being followed and support and challenge the team to do the same.

Ensuring the Packing lines are inspection-ready at all times and running to the optimum speed with costed crew sizes.

Provide support and training to the team as required, including new starters.

Managing and maintaining reports and data basis.

Sending daily reports to the higher management.

Contracted hours: 48 hours – Full Time (overtime is optionable)
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Working Hours: NIGHT SHIFT : 6 pm-6 am - 4 on 4 off shift pattern
