This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their sales career who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and being part of a fast-moving business. You’ll work alongside an experienced sales team, helping to manage key customer accounts while identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
No previous experience in the toy industry is required—we’re looking for enthusiasm, ambition and a willingness to learn.
The Role
As a Sales & Account Executive, you’ll play an important role in supporting both our customers and internal teams, ensuring excellent service while helping drive continued business growth.
You’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting new product launches, coordinating orders and working closely with colleagues in both the UK and China.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
- Support the Senior Sales Team with day-to-day account management.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing customer accounts.
- Generate new business by proactively contacting prospective customers.
- Keep customers and sales agents updated on new product launches, promotions and marketing activity.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports and customer presentations.
- Liaise daily with our administration team in China to ensure orders progress smoothly.
- Work closely with our UK third-party logistics (3PL) partner to coordinate deliveries and resolve customer queries.
- Monitor customer orders and stock requirements to maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records using company systems.
- Assist with trade shows, exhibitions and customer meetings throughout the year.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, product development, marketing and operations.

Desirable
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail or account management.
- Experience working within consumer products, toys or wholesale distribution.
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
