The Role
We are looking for reliable Multi-Trade Operatives and Skilled Labourers to join us on ongoing social housing projects across the Enfield and Harrow areas.
We would ideally like to hear from an existing Multi-Trade & Labourer team, although we are also happy to speak to good individual contractors.
The works are predominantly void property works carried out for Tier 1 contractors and local authorities, with a steady pipeline of ongoing work available.
Typical Works
Works will vary from property to property and will include:
- Painting & decorating
- Basic joinery and carpentry
- Basic plumbing – non-gas works only
- Fascias, soffits & Rainwater goods (RWGs) repairs/replacement
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Assisting with other multi-trade works as required
Applicants must
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have their own tools
- Be reliable and able to work to a good standard
- Have experience in property maintenance, social housing, voids or similar works
- Hold SSSTS and First Aid
For the right candidate, we may be able to assist with arranging SSSTS and First Aid training, so please still get in touch if you have the right experience but don’t currently hold these qualifications.
