Customer Support Receptionist
Location: FOW Trafford, Barton Dock Road, Trafford M41 7TB
Salary: £26,437 per year (40 hours per week) – Full-time, including weekends

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic and professional Customer Support Receptionists to become part of our dynamic team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅Welcoming customers and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact
✅Assisting customers on their journey to finding the perfect car
✅Accompanying customers on test drives
✅Supporting the sales team with part-exchange vehicle valuations
✅Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in face-to-face customer service
✅You thrive in a customer-facing role, enjoy meaningful conversations, and understand how to meet customer needs.
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – Friendly, approachable, and confident in speaking with customers.
✅ Strong organisational skills – Able to multitask and manage your time effectively.
✅ IT literate – Comfortable using computers to support customer interactions.
✅ A full UK driving licence – Essential for accompanying customers on test drives.
