Multi-Agency Safeguarding Coordinator | 10714 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £32,061 to £33,699 per annum | Grade G | County Hall. Norwich
Would you like to contribute to a multi-agency safeguarding service that places children at the heart of its practice, supporting critical decision making within a team committed to early intervention and effective protection?
Your attention to detail and collaborative approach will help ensure vulnerable children receive the right support at the right time.
About us:
Norfolk has a shared ambition for every child and young person to flourish. We want them to live with resourceful and resilient families in inclusive and supportive communities, to have access to high quality education and training, and the opportunities they need to thrive in adulthood. Our six Pillars of Practice (child centred, outcome focused, relationship based, strengths orientated, whole family and whole system approaches), describe how we work with children, families and our partners to help achieve our vision.
The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is an information sharing hub that both physically and virtually co-locates key professionals to facilitate early, better quality information sharing, analysis and decision making to more effectively safeguard vulnerable children, young people and adults. In Norfolk, our MASH has been placed at the ‘Front Door’ of our safeguarding service with the intention of maximising the information gathering, analysis and decision-making process at the earliest point of contact with a vulnerable child or adult and their family to enable them to receive support from the right agencies at the right time.
