Duties
- Provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments tailored to client preferences
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
- Offer excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalised advice
- Manage appointments efficiently whilst ensuring timely service delivery
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and grooming
- Maintain organised workstations and ensure all equipment is properly sanitised after each use
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals
Skills
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling, with a portfolio of work demonstrating your skills (nice-to-have)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, enabling clear consultation and advice provision
- Ability to listen attentively to client requests and deliver customised grooming solutions
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Knowledge of current grooming trends, techniques, and products (desirable)
- Professional attitude with a focus on hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction

Pay: £24,420.00-£50,923.97 per year
