We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager for our busy bar/restaurant in Neilston supporting our General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
What we are looking for from you is:
Minimum 3 years management/supervisory experience in a good quality, food & beverage lead fast paced business.
Extensive product knowledge including cocktails
Share a passion for excellent customer service
Able to work under pressure
Supporting, training & motivating team members
Opening & closing duties
Manage day to day running of business in General Managers absence
42 hours over 5 days, including evenings & weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
