We are currently seeking female support workers* to join our organisation. In this role, you will be supporting a young lady with a mental health condition, helping her maintain independence and live as she chooses.
About the Role:
This position includes long day shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights, providing consistent 2:1 support. The focus of the role is to deliver structured, person-centred support in line with the individual’s needs and preferences.
Shift Details:
You will work a mix of long day shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights on a rota basis. Long days are typically around 12 hours and cover daytime and evening support, including appointments, activities, and daily routines. Sleep-ins involve staying overnight with a set period for rest, while remaining available to respond if required. Waking nights require you to remain awake throughout the shift, providing active support, monitoring wellbeing, and maintaining a calm environment.
Shifts are planned in advance and worked as part of a small, consistent team to ensure continuity of care. All support is delivered on a 2:1 basis, meaning you will always be working alongside another member of staff. The rota includes weekends and bank holidays, and some flexibility is required to meet the needs of the service.

About You:
We are looking for reliable, proactive, and compassionate women who are comfortable working in a structured environment and can provide consistent, person-centred support. Experience in mental health support is beneficial, but a clear understanding of professional boundaries, teamwork, and communication is essential.
