Duties
- Manage your own beauty treatments, including makeup application and other beauty services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting beauty room to ensure a professional atmosphere
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized treatments
- Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after appointments to ensure satisfaction
- Schedule appointments and manage your own bookings using the salon’s booking system
- Uphold health and safety standards in line with industry regulations and best practices
- Promote your services through word-of-mouth and available marketing channels to grow your clientele
Requirements
- Proven experience in makeup application or related beauty treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear interaction with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and motivation
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols relevant to beauty services
- A friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
