We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Assistant. Based in Preston, this is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop operational improvement skills while contributing to the enhancement of our processes and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality across our operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyse current processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to optimise workflows.
- Assist in root cause analysis of operational issues.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
- Document process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Degree in business studies, IT or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and process improvement principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
