Job Summary
BCI Construction & Infrastructure Services Ltd is seeking an organised and commercially aware Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction planning through handover. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, budgets, and programmes while ensuring each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from mobilisation through practical completion.
- Prepare project programmes, budgets, procurement plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate site managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor costs, variations, risks, quality, and delivery milestones.
- Chair project meetings and provide clear updates to clients and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, building regulations, and company procedures.
- Resolve programme, design, supply, and site issues before they affect delivery.
- Manage inspections, snagging, documentation, and final project handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, procurement, contracts, and cost control.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant construction, engineering, surveying, or project-management qualification.
- SMSTS, CSCS, PRINCE2, APM, or similar certifications are beneficial.

Pay: £3,800.00-£6,600.00 per month
