Job Summary
We are seeking a HR & Compliance Coordinator to oversee and optimise our human resources functions and ensure organisational compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, excellent communication skills. This role involves strategic planning, supervising HR processes, and analysing data to support organisational growth and compliance. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace environment while maintaining adherence to legal standards.
What You'll Do
- Assist in monitoring regulatory changes and updating internal policies.
- Support internal audits and maintain compliance documentation.
- Respond to compliance queries from across the business.
- Support the operations team in keeping all documents up to date and in line with the current security regulations.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, improve HR strategies, and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure organisational compliance with employment laws and regulations through regular audits and policy reviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning.
- Proven experience within human resources or related fields.
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex information effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
