Maintenance Operative required. We have an exciting opportunity for anyone looking for a career in our Maintenance Department. You'll play a key role in maintaining our sites, depots and buildings to the highest standards, ensuring a safe, efficient and well-maintained environment for everyone.
Purpose of the role: We are looking for a proactive and hands-on individual to join our Maintenance Department. You will play a key role in maintaining our sites to the highest standards while supporting a variety of exciting maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects across our depots and external properties.

Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all sites.
- General building maintenance including basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating and repairs.
- Support site improvement projects.
- Assist with racking repairs, gutter cleaning, jet washing and general upkeep.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and report any hazards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Reliable, trustworthy and well organised.
- Committed to working safely and following Health & Safety procedures.
- Flexible and willing to support other departments when required.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
