The Impact You'll Make
As a Panel Beater, you’ll be the hands and eyes that transform damaged vehicles back to showroom condition. Your expertise will ensure that every repair meets the highest safety standards and looks flawless, giving our customers confidence and joy when they get back on the road.
What You'll Do
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the most effective repair methods.
- Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels using specialist tools and techniques.
- Realign chassis and frames to manufacturer specifications.
- Fill, sand, and prepare repaired surfaces for painting.
- Work closely with painters, mechanics, and estimators to ensure seamless repairs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, following all health and safety protocols.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar automotive repair role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structures, repair techniques, and materials.
- Proficiency with welding, metalworking, and body alignment tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturer repair guidelines.
- A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
