We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Operative to join our UK operation.
This is a hands-on role within a small but fast-growing, organised warehouse environment, covering goods-in, picking, packing, stock control and dispatch. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and receive full training on our warehouse management and scanning systems.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries.
- Picking customer orders accurately using a Zebra handheld scanner.
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Using our warehouse management system and scanning technology.
- Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
- Replenishing picking locations.
- Carrying out stock checks and assisting with stocktakes.
- Maintaining accurate stock and location records.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
- Preparing and organising products for rework where required.
- Preparing palletised goods for collection.
- Assisting with the unloading of approximately one container per month. Containers are currently palletised, and unloading is supported by warehouse equipment, although delivery arrangements may vary.
- Following company procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Supporting general warehouse and operational duties as required.
Physical Requirements
The role involves regular movement around the warehouse and some manual handling.
Individual product boxes weigh a maximum of approximately 10kg, making this a manageable warehouse environment compared with many traditional warehouse roles.
Occasional heavier items are generally handled using appropriate warehouse equipment and safe working procedures.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Organised and methodical.
- Accurate when picking and handling stock.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets or handheld scanners.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for their work.
- A good team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to learn new systems and working methods.
- Comfortable with some manual handling and working on their feet.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right person.
A forklift or reach-truck license/experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

- Monday–Friday working.
- A varied role within a growing UK operation.

The Person We Are Looking For
This role would suit someone who wants more than simply moving boxes around a warehouse.
We use modern scanning and warehouse management processes, so accuracy, organization and attention to detail are important to us.
You will be trained to use our systems and will have the opportunity to develop your skills across warehouse operations, stock control and logistics.
