An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the RTT Validation Team. This role is pivotal in tracking patients through the 18-week Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathway, ensuring timely access to diagnostics and care.
As part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth progression of patients along their treatment journey. Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring patient pathways to ensure timely diagnosis and intervention
Using multiple IT platforms to track and validate RTT data
Performing accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date records
Liaising with various departments to expedite appointments and resolve pathway issues

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track patients’ progress through the 18-week Referral to Treatment (RTT) pathway, ensuring they follow the correct clinical journey
Identify and correct RTT clock issues, reporting updates and concerns to service leads
Collect and provide data in accordance with local reporting requirements
Take a proactive role in gathering national audit data at the local level
Oversee patient tracking processes to support timely diagnostics and treatment
