Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of clinical departments.
- Lead and support clinical and administrative teams.
- Monitor patient care quality and implement service improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate staffing, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports.
- Collaborate with consultants and hospital leadership to improve patient outcomes.
Pay: From £6,500.00 per month
