Shift Pattern : Monday - Friday
Please note: This is a full-time position and includes working every other weekend.

This role is ideal for someone, who is confident supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex clinical needs.
Your role will focus on promoting independence, encouraging participation in daily activities, and delivering safe, compassionate care tailored to each person's individual needs.

Your Responsibilities
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Deliver clinical care under the guidance of our Clinical Lead
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Assist with light household duties
- Monitor and report any changes in health or wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care records
- Work closely with families, management and the wider care team
- Attend team meetings, supervisions and ongoing training
- Follow company policies, procedures and clinical best practice
