Wingate Electrical Plc is seeking a Project Manager for its Airport Branch, based in Feltham. The role supports the delivery of day and night projects following an increase in contract awards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and control projects on a day-to-day basis.
- Deliver works within agreed budgets and project timescales.
- Maintain strong customer and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all works are completed to the required standard.
Main tasks
- Deliver projects in line with the agreed scope of works.
- Liaise regularly with the site project management team.
- Attend client contract meetings and contribute to post-project reviews.
- Attend Health, Safety and Environmental meetings and ensure standards are maintained.
- Review labour and resource requirements regularly to support contract delivery.
- Check installation standards regularly and address issues as required.
- Monitor on-site safety and carry out site inspections.
- Manage contract requirements daily, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Control and maintain plant and equipment.
- Ensure activities are consistent with CMS requirements.
- Identify and propose improvements to systems that support customer service quality.
- Take responsibility for personal health and safety and environmental impact.
- Use good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Qualifications and experience required.
- City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or NVQ Level 3.
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing.
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).

- Salary dependent on qualifications and experience, plus CPA hourly uplift.
- Company vehicle with fuel card.
