General Manager – Casa Bianca Restaurants

We are now looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to join the Casa Bianca family at one of our locations and help take our restaurants to the next level.
The Role
As General Manager, you will:
- Work closely with the Area Manager to help improve standards, performance, and service levels
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Inspire, lead, and support your team with positivity and energy
- Create and manage staff rotas efficiently
- Monitor and manage stock levels and cost control
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with genuine Italian hospitality
- Maintain the high standards and friendly atmosphere Casa Bianca is known for
- Help support the continued growth of our family business
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a General Manager within hospitality or restaurants
- Is confident managing teams, rotas, and stock levels
- Leads by example and enjoys being hands-on
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Brings passion, personality, and pride into their work every day
- Understands the importance of teamwork, family values, and customer experience
- Driving preferred, as the role may involve supporting multiple sites
