We are looking for a CNC Operator to join their busy production team. This is a hands-on role involving the operation of CNC machinery, preparing materials, monitoring production and ensuring finished products meet the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with the wider production team and play an important role in maintaining efficient workshop operations.

Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently

Setting and preparing machinery for production

Loading and unloading materials
-
Monitoring machines throughout the production process
-
Carrying out quality checks and measurements on finished components
-
Identifying and reporting any issues with machinery or finished products
-
Following technical drawings, specifications and production instructions
-
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
-
Supporting the wider production team where required
-
Previous experience operating CNC machinery

Good understanding of manufacturing and workshop processes
-
Ability to read and work from technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good practical and mechanical aptitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
-
CNC setting experience would be advantageous but is not essential

£27,500 - £30,000 per annum
