Experienced hairdresser
Experienced hairdresser required to provide sickness cover at a busy hair salon. Must be qualified (minimum NVQ Level 2), professional and be able to work unsupervised. A friendly personality and good communication skills are essential. Part time hours initially with opportunity to build up hours and make a permanent position depending on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultations to understand client desires and recommend tailored hair solutions.
- Deliver exceptional cutting, styling, and finishing services for a diverse clientele.
- Execute advanced color techniques including balayage, highlighting, and custom tinting.
- Maintain high standards of salon cleanliness, health, safety, and product presentation.
- Build strong relationships to ensure excellent client retention and a welcoming environment.
