Job Summary:
Protecto Security Services Ltd is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and support the delivery of professional security services across client sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and dependable professional who enjoys leading teams, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring safe and secure environments. You'll play a key role in coordinating operations, supporting staff, and delivering exceptional client service.
What you'll do:
- Supervise daily security operations across assigned sites and contracts.
- Coordinate security personnel, shift schedules, and operational activities.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, security checks, and operational audits.
- Respond to incidents, investigate reports, and support incident resolution.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Liaise with clients, site management, and internal teams to ensure effective communication.
- Support the training, onboarding, and development of security staff.
- Promote compliance with health and safety procedures and security standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
- Experience in security services, operations, facilities management, customer service, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with security procedures, incident reporting, or access control systems is advantageous.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
- Flexible approach to working hours when required.

Pay: £3,500.00-£5,000.00 per month
