What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire the front of house and bar teams during weddings and events
- Ensure the bar is perfectly set up, stocked, and delivering excellent service
- The role includes wedding and event coordinating to help keep every event running smoothly
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve any challenges professionally and promptly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and safety throughout the venue
- Help with venue setup and adjustments as needed
Who You Are:
- Experienced in hospitality or events leadership, confident managing teams and service delivery
- Proactive, hands-on, and calm under pressure in fast-moving environments
- Knowledgeable about bar operations and licensing (or keen to learn)
- Happy to help out with admin where required and be comfortable using computers (training on our software included)
- Happy to reply to emails and queries with couples / event organisers
- A natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and leading by example
