- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and preparing correspondence
- Support invoicing and expense tracking through QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder supplies proactively to prevent shortages
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and basic data entry
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Demonstrated administrative experience supporting busy teams or departments
- Strong typing skills for efficient document creation and data input
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, record keeping, and scheduling
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools like QuickBooks and other office management systems
