Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance, including planting, trimming, and general garden care to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision to complete construction or landscaping tasks
- Support the installation and repair of irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and material transportation to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols at all times and assist in setting up work zones for various projects
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators is advantageous
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labour outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of irrigation systems or experience with horticulture is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks
Pay: From £800.00 per week
